What makes SidePillow different?
SidePillow is designed specifically for side sleepers. Its rectangular shape fills the space beside your shoulder more evenly, helping your head rest on a steadier base.
Which pillow height is right for me?
Use your height as a starting point. Under 175 cm: 10 cm. From 175 to 195 cm: 11.5 cm. Choose 13 cm only if you are over 195 cm, have broad shoulders, and sleep on a firm mattress. If you sleep on a soft mattress and are 175–195 cm tall, choose one step lower. Under 175 cm with broad shoulders and a firm mattress? The 11.5 cm option may be a better fit. Not sure? Choose the lower height.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The removable, breathable cover can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius.
How does the 30-night trial work?
Try SidePillow at home for 30 nights. Not the right fit? You can return it within the trial period. Returns cost €6.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, your return-shipping contribution is capped at €9.95 per return shipment. If the actual shipping cost is lower, you pay less; we cover any amount above €9.95. Will it fit a standard pillowcase?
Yes. Its 60 × 35 cm size fits most standard European pillowcases.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, Klarna (pay later), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
How soon will my SidePillow arrive?
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium typically arrive within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free throughout the EU. For destinations outside the EU, any available shipping rates are shown at checkout.
How do I return my pillow?
If SidePillow isn’t right for you, email info@sidepillow.nl within 30 nights of delivery. We’ll send you the return instructions. Returns cost €6.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, your return-shipping contribution is capped at €9.95 per return shipment. If the actual shipping cost is lower, you pay less; we cover any amount above €9.95. Contact us before sending your return.
When will I receive my refund?
We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us you’re returning your order. We may wait until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. After we issue the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
For standard returns from the Netherlands or Belgium using our return label, we’ll deduct €6.95 from your refund. For other EU countries, your return-shipping contribution is capped at €9.95 per return shipment. If the actual shipping cost is lower, you pay less; we cover any amount above €9.95. Contact us before sending your return. Return shipping is free if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if SidePillow isn’t right for me?
Try SidePillow at home for 30 nights. If it’s not the right fit, simply return it within the trial period for a refund. Returns cost €6.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, your return-shipping contribution is capped at €9.95 per return shipment. If the actual shipping cost is lower, you pay less; we cover any amount above €9.95. What should I do if my pillow arrives damaged?
Please email our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage. We’ll help arrange a replacement at no return-shipping cost to you.
Size & warranty
SidePillow measures approximately 60 × 35 cm; its height depends on the option you choose.
It includes a 2-year SidePillow warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, including abnormal, lasting loss of shape in the core under normal use. Normal wear and gradual softening are not covered. This additional warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
