SidePillow has a firm memory foam core designed to retain its shape. The removable cover feels soft, breathes well, and can be washed at 30 degrees.

Warranty
You receive a 2-year commercial SidePillow warranty on material and manufacturing defects, including permanent abnormal loss of core shape under normal use. Normal signs of wear, gradual normal softening, soiling, and damage due to improper use are not covered. This additional warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

When will I receive my refund?
We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us you’re returning your order. What should I do if my pillow arrives damaged?
Please email our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage. We’ll help arrange a replacement at no return-shipping cost to you.
