SidePillow has a firm memory foam core designed to retain its shape. The removable cover feels soft, breathes well, and can be washed at 30 degrees.

Size advice
- Low, 10 cm: shorter than 175 cm
- Medium, 11.5 cm: 175 to 195 cm; also above 195 cm if not all conditions for 13 cm are met
- High, 13 cm: only for heights above 195 cm and broad shoulders and a firm mattress
For a soft mattress, we recommend one step lower for heights between 175 and 195 cm. Are you shorter than 175 cm but have broad shoulders and a firm mattress? Then 11.5 cm might fit. If you are in doubt between two heights, choose the lower one.
Warranty
You receive a 2-year commercial SidePillow warranty on material and manufacturing defects, including permanent abnormal loss of core shape under normal use. Normal signs of wear, gradual normal softening, soiling, and damage due to improper use are not covered. This additional warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SidePillow is designed specifically for side sleepers. Its rectangular shape fills the space beside your shoulder more evenly, helping your head rest on a steadier base.
Which pillow height is right for me?
Use your height as a starting point. Under 175 cm: 10 cm. From 175 to 195 cm: 11.5 cm. Choose 13 cm only if you are over 195 cm, have broad shoulders, and sleep on a firm mattress. If you sleep on a soft mattress and are 175–195 cm tall, choose one step lower. Under 175 cm with broad shoulders and a firm mattress? The 11.5 cm option may be a better fit. Not sure? Choose the lower height.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The removable, breathable cover can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius.
How does the 30-night trial work?

Orders placed on business days are usually shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium typically arrive within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free throughout the EU. For destinations outside the EU, any available shipping rates are shown at checkout.
How do I return my pillow?
If SidePillow isn’t right for you, email info@sidepillow.nl within 30 nights of delivery. We’ll send you the return instructions. Returns cost €6.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. When will I receive my refund?
We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us you’re returning your order. We may wait until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. After we issue the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

What should I do if my pillow arrives damaged?
Please email our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage. We’ll help arrange a replacement at no return-shipping cost to you.

SidePillow measures approximately 60 × 35 cm; its height depends on the option you choose.
It includes a 2-year SidePillow warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, including abnormal, lasting loss of shape in the core under normal use. Normal wear and gradual softening are not covered. This additional warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
